I have been going to Yuki for a long long time. The owner/chef is from Japan. Sushi is always very fresh. Even the cooked dishes are great too! ( If you don't want to eat raw fish! )
Their California Roll is made of Real Crab! Soft shell crab, gyoza , hamachi, uni, etc. are excellent!
You won't be disappointed!

    We ordered different items and shared: ginger beef, Georgia roll (Hamachi), curry potato croquettes, chicken teriyaki (very crispy), fried halibut with Konoko sauce and mushrooms, dragon roll, California roll with fresh crabmeat and Katsu-ju (pork cutlet with onion, eggs on rice). Even something as simple and ordinary as chicken teriyaki and California roll were exceptionally good. Also, the spaghetti-like noodles in a very delicious curry sauce was extraordinary!!! I highly recommend Yuki's!

    I absolutely love their zizzling ginger pork or ginger beef! it also comes with this spaghetti side that has a tint of curry powder in it... :P~
