Meet people and have lunch. What more could you ask for?

The idea of starting this group came from seeing my nutrition clients struggling to break socialising habits which revolved around pubs. Where there is of course a place for socialising in pubs (I'm not a complete bore), the ideal scenario for getting healthy and enjoying it with friends is to take your socialising elsewhere. Whether that is a walk, a bike ride and a picnic or an hour of exhilarating Zumba followed by lunch, it helps to have a group of friends to encourage each other.   I have b …

… For example as I sit and type this, I have the day off, it's glorious sunshine out there, and I'd love to head for a walk along the beach, I'll go anyway, but if this group was set up and had a few members, I'd be posting that up as an event for after lunch......
